YOU ROCK! Behaviors
Tihienko Showreel 2008 Ivan from Ivan Tihienko on Vimeo .
One of my first installations was called "Walkman" He tried working class to talk about how we dilute in an "alternate reality" when we walk in the street and connect our music player.
In this blog we talk about how walking can produce these realities and the truth ... I find it funny how the mere fact of hearing-off of "reality" can produce states of escapism and those who spoke at that facility. Then I became interested in how these walk the city were made based on a given interface (consisting of traffic signs and lines on the ground ...) and how that interface can relate to that we are walking (otherwise, of course) for digital spaces.
The videos are put on walking. But clearly illustrate the different uses of urban space can do, how they can live differently. He also speaks of how this is mixed with increasingly virtual as in a mixture of both can find interesting ways to use it.
No more ....

Ikusa-otome Suvia Vol 4
"Behaviors" by Antonio R. Montesinos at last it can be made during 2009. This is a project that uses the relationship between digital and physical space to carry out an appropriation from the city of Malaga. This will use the new geotagging system called Web 2.0.
The design process is as follows. First proposed to conduct a series of explorations on foot through the city of Manchester using techniques Situationist drift around to document, through photographic and videographic documentation, the daily life of this city. After making such scans will build a web document, and display such exercises materialize. This site is an online application based on the methods, protocols and standards network (or web 2.0) and webservices for this (Google Maps API). The application seeks to associate the mapping and the use of GPS (geo) with the pure concept of a Blog. All this will build a database of all documented on the routes to be developed in the city of Malaga.
The reasons for this is to take it that since 2003 began to be called "locative media" to carry out an appropriation of land by the exploration process (drift), documentation (photo, video and sound) and publication (in network). The ultimate goal of the project is the realization of a personal cartography Manchester City and to show how we are the users of the city, which built it to experience it. On the other hand seek to show as the digital space and territory networks can be joined by interactive mapping exercises like the one I propose to make.
