"Every trip involves a shift. All movement requires a reading of space travel." so begins the decryption of GUÍA_SENTIMENTAL , a series of workshops led by Jorge Carrión and made Camon Alicante.
Undoubtedly, the proposed workshop will sound much to the readers of this blog, always something lost in a map of ideas between the peripatetic the psychogeography the other mapping, the acoustic spaces, data visualization and the strange places where all this comes together .
GUÍA_SENTIMENTAL points in the same direction and gives the bang on target. This is a workshop that offers a series of tours as a way of generating psychogeographical an estrangement in the relationship with our urban environment, and relate this to various narrative strategies. The idea is to give priority to micro-narratives, geography, personal, sentimental, every passerby, and move it to a series of mapping devices.
The workshop will take place in Alicante CAMON the next 20 to 21 May. But we are not close to we should not be precoupados, since it is a long-term initiative, which will continue in development to October 2011, and plans to move to other English cities.
